Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Kinetic Force Analysis ("KFA," "we") respects the confidentiality of the people and organizations we work with. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, organization, email address, the sport or use case you're interested in, and any details you include in your message.

When you commission analysis or run an engagement, you may share capture and movement data (video, optical, wearable, or biometric files) along with related context. We treat this material as confidential.

How we use it

Capture and athlete data

Athlete capture you share is used to produce the outputs you commission. We do not publish identifiable athlete data, and our reports omit individual names by default. Where engagements involve athlete information, we expect the engaging organization to hold the appropriate consent for the material they provide.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, form and email infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and operational requirements, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete material you've shared, subject to any obligations that require us to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
